7．1大遊行後，「人民力量」與「社民連」兩支隊伍相繼抵達中環，前者靜坐，後者突變陣，衝向干洛道中癱瘓交通。有論者認為抗爭有理，亦有人認為此等違法示威行徑，已是某程度之暴力形態表現。
亞里士多德說，事實的構成有四因，其中之一為其形成之動力來源，即「動力因」(efficient cause)。7．1遊行，怒火街頭，特區政府管治無能，林瑞麟強推惡法，俱是民怨形成之因。這個政府受權兼受控於中共這個極權組織，自持在立法會內有足夠票數，可以打橫行通過任何政策，遂越發剛愎自用。林閹人一副「你吹得我漲咩？」的癩皮模樣，有恃無恐，睬你都傻，跨越那條人神共憤的底線。面對這種議會暴力，人民的抗爭方式會逐步升級，這是物理的必然。
可以預期，港人熟知的「和平 理性 非暴力」，即將成為過去。真正的暴力，將在巨大警權黑影籠罩下誕生，這已是難以逆轉的趨勢！
「和平 理性 非暴力」，儼然把三者扣成等號，即是「非暴力」才是「理性」。然而當人民活在政制暴力面前，訴求永遠沉於深海，最終必會從和平遊行的以「步」易暴，演變成肢體武力的以暴易暴。這，其實是一種「理性」的發展。看看今天中國大陸，被迫到死角的人民怎向殘暴政府以眼還眼，甚至同歸於盡，便會明白甚麼是「理性的暴力」。
1964年，美國民權運動興起，bob dylan 發表了搖滾樂史上其中一首最重要的歌曲〈the times they are a-changing〉，標誌了一個新時代的出現。香港的民主抗爭運動，亦正向另一個紀元挺進，不會因當權者之主觀意志而轉移。天要下雨，娘要嫁人，time is changing，誰也改變不了。

7 ． 1 ， 「人民力量」與「社民連」站於抗爭最前線。勇氣可嘉。
反觀身有屎的「民主黨」，遊行全程，極度閃縮。正副主席鐵頭何與劉慧卿中途離隊作民主逃兵，心虛之極。我在修頓球場外親眼目擊當「民主黨」〝小隊人〞經過時，被全人類同喊「民主黨，收皮！」、「民主黨，食屎！」好不壯觀。

「 人民力量和社民連在是次運動重新奠定為民請命的地位。正義政黨參與抗爭，領導有力，裝備充足（現場直播），但由於仍受到派性（ sectorianism ）的限制，民眾不便加入。 經過這次演練，人民力量和社民連重獲香港人信任，將來派性減弱，可以攏聚的民眾便增加。始終，專業政客和有組織政黨的參與抗爭，足以左右大局。這次經驗寶貴，各方面都可以參考，改進抗爭決心和策略。中共港共換屆，內外交困，香港人此時不起來反抗，尚待何時？ 」
